Our project managers on site prepare detailed reports on the use of every single amount and document the work with photos. In particular, when a container arrives or a large truck delivery is made, due to the high value we ensure that a trusted person is always present, also to be able to ensure correct handling during the distribution of relief supplies. In addition, we visit the projects at intervals in order to review needs.

This task is carried out by our project managers with their helpers. By distributing them personally directly into the hands of those in need, our project managers ensure that no one benefits from them improperly.

No! Transporting relief supplies from Germany to the project countries by cargo ship, plane and/or truck is very complex, time-consuming and, above all, expensive. Experience has shown that it is easier and cheaper to purchase the required items in the country itself or in a neighbouring country.

The donation receipt will be sent automatically by post at the end of January of the following year.
